A View From The Bridge

New Living Water Wells for 20 Villages in 2025!

Dear Partners of Le Pont International,
I’m excited to share the progress from my recent month in Togo. We dedicated four new Living Water Wells, trained over 300 pastors in three seminars, provided motorcycles to 10 pastor-missionaries, and planned agricultural projects with specialists from Central in Jonesboro.
The passion of our Le Pont staff is truly inspiring. John shared our 2025 plan for 10 new wells in Ghana, Togo, and Benin, and then surprised me with this faith declaration.

Our teams in Africa and the US are deeply grateful for your prayers and support. Together, we are the hands and feet of Jesus in Africa and the world.
In His grip of grace,
Rex Holt

Éduquer
l'enfant

We believe that children are made in the image of God and loving and nurturing them is a sacred calling. Each child is unique with boundless potential. We look for every opportunity to develop children as they pursue their dreams. We do this through our Sponsor a Child program.

We currently partner with 9 schools.

  • School tuition for the year.
  • School uniform and school supplies.
  • Case by case medical check-ups and intervention when needed. If your child has health issues, we will let you know. You can contribute towards health needs if you are able and would like to, no obligation!
  • Two Field trips a year.
  • Monthly check-in from our Le Pont team. We want to support, encourage dreams and to make sure your child is healthy emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
  • Regular communication with the school’s liaison. They know the children and their needs well.
  • The liaison from each school will visit your sponsored child once a month to be assured that everything is going well with them at home.

What you can do:
Pray for your child!
You can write to your child via email as often as you would like. The Le Pont team in Togo will translate your letters into French and Ewe for your child and they will have the opportunity to reply to you as well!

Prisca Peace Project

At Le Pont International, we are empowering women to transform their lives and communities through the Prisca Peace Project. Through microloans, business training, discipleship, and educational development, women are gaining the tools they need to build sustainable businesses, provide for their families, and become leaders in their communities.

The program serves women from a variety of small business backgrounds, including seamstresses, cosmetologists, grocery and produce vendors, spice sellers, and other entrepreneurs. Loans are provided with an 8-month repayment period, and we are proud to maintain a remarkable 100% repayment rate.

The impact continues to grow:

The original 25 women successfully repaid their loans and have now quadrupled their loan amounts, allowing them to significantly expand their businesses.

A second group of 25 women received increased loan amounts as they demonstrated success and commitment to the program.

Today, the Prisca Peace Project has expanded to include 186 women from villages where Living Water Wells have been established.

In addition to business development, the program now offers literacy and mathematics courses for participating women. These classes provide foundational reading, writing, and math skills that strengthen their ability to manage finances, grow their businesses, and navigate daily life with greater confidence and independence.

Mme Awoute oversees the Prisca Peace Project, providing training in accounting, marketing, business development, financial stewardship, literacy, and mathematics. Her leadership helps ensure that each participant has the knowledge, skills, and support needed for long-term success.

Through your support, the Prisca Peace Project is creating sustainable change…one woman, one family, and one community at a time.

Imagine if you can…

Our Living Water Wells project bring together the three goals of LPI: children are educated, churches are equipped, and communities are empowered.

$15,000 puts a Puits d'Eau Vivants in a village, providing clean water, vegetable gardening, fish and poultry production, jobs for a community, and a strategic center for community development.
