West Africa Regional Director
John Laba is a pastor, church planter, and missions strategist. He studied Sociology of Communication at the Université de Lomé, received his Master of Divinity at Nairobi Evangelical Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Samford University. He worked in leadership roles at Compassion International for 13 years, including Director of West Africa.
National Director of Togo
Joseph is a graduate of the Université de Lomé with an MBA. He worked as Financial Administrator at Sanlam Insurance Togo and assists John Laba as CFO.
Founder | Training and Outreach
Rex and Sherry lived in Togo from 1976 to 1984. Their passion is to work alongside Africans and Americans to disciple nations through evangelistic, educational, and entrepreneurial partnerships. They have been married for 56 years.

Co-founder of BridgeCap Partners in Fort Worth, Texas, and Co-founder of Le Pont International in the USA. Married to Anne; they have three children, Madeline Delali, William Wyatt, and Sophie Elyse.
Executive Director
Rebekah and her husband Nick live in Ventura, California with their 3 children. Her Togolese middle name Mawumenyo means God is good. Her passion is holistic humanitarian work and sharing the love of Christ.

Tracy grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan, Canada, and now lives in southern California. He and his wife run Renovise, a commercial lighting company, and serve as State Inspectors for California’s Title 24 program.

Carrie Bond is a pastor’s wife who leads Missions and Women’s Ministry at Greenwood Baptist Church and is honored to serve on the Board of Le Pont International. Her love for the people of Togo was poured into her heart by Sherry Holt, and today Carrie leads mission teams from Greenwood to serve in Togo twice each year. Carrie is married to Brian, senior pastor of Greenwood Baptist Church. They have three children, one son-in-love, and three grandchildren. Her heart is to encourage others to live on mission, boldly sharing the good news of Jesus—whether across the world or wherever God has placed them.
