On December 30th, 1976, Sherry and I first stepped foot in Togo, West Africa. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong journey that has shaped our hearts, our ministry, and our dreams.

<\/div>

Over the past 49 years, I\u2019ve often awakened from dreams of Togo – its sounds, its smells, its people. And now, a God-sized, heart-humbling, knee-buckling dream has emerged. I feel like Abraham must have felt when God said, \u201cCount the stars\u2026 so shall your descendants be.\u201d

Just weeks ago, I stood in the village of Gbagbajakou, where leaders gathered to plead for clean water. A young woman entered, carrying a pan of water from the Mono River\u2014their only source. She placed it in front of me, scooped up a handful, and drank it.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I cried out, \u201cNo, please don\u2019t drink that!\u201d

<\/div>

She looked at me and said, \u201cThis is what we drink every day.\u201d

<\/div>

That moment broke my heart\u2014and birthed a dream.

<\/div>

I asked our National Director, John Laba, to research how many villages in Togo lack access to clean water. He met with the Ministry of Water and interviewed zone directors across the country. The numbers are staggering:

\u2022 2,450 villages\u00a0<\/div>

\u2022 Over 2 million people\u00a0<\/div>

\u2022 No access to clean water<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I have a dream:<\/strong><\/div>

That every village in Togo will have clean water.\u00a0
That girls will go to school, not walk miles for dirty water.\u00a0<\/div>
That women will thrive through our Prisca Peace Projects.\u00a0<\/div>
That churches will offer Living Water\u2014and lives will be transformed.<\/div>
That a spiritual awakening will rise from the land that prayed for our children.<\/div><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
I recently returned from a two-month ministry trip in Togo. We trained over 250 pastors to equip their churches as strategic centers of village transformation. I witnessed passionate faith and pure-hearted devotion like I\u2019ve rarely seen.\u00a0

This is a God-sized dream that will harness Africans and Americans alike in full partnership of faith.\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
